Cornerways Fostering Services provide foster care individualised to meet the needs of each child and young person. We will consider any young person referred to us but will only offer a placement if we believe our carer and services can meet the specific needs of the young person.
• We care for boys and girls 0 – 18 years with an emphasis on those aged 11+.
• Placements can be long term, short term, solo, emergency, respite and for bridging to adoption
• We provide mother and baby/child placements – especially those requiring higher levels of support and supervision
• We have carers with skills to look after young people with learning disabilities, ADHD, Aspergers or Autistic Spectrum disorders and young people who need solo placements
• Our carers and young people have access to therapeutic consultation and services within Cornerways
• Our carers are located in South London, Surrey and Sussex, town, country and seaside, we have both single male and female carers as well as couple carers
• Our carers receive excellent preparation and ongoing training with high levels of social work supervision and practical support
• We can provide flexible care packages that incorporate some or all of Cornerways other services to young people, or external services
• We are able to provide additional contact supervision services
